WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented under Section 17 of the Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985 r/w Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, above case through his counsel M/s A.Phani Bhushan,

praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for willfully and deliberately flouting the orders in O.A.No.3271 of 2017, dated 05.12.2017;
