2. On 05.03.2018, the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal has allowed O.A.Nos.19 and 20 of 2018 directing the 1®' respondent/District Collector, Guntur to revoke suspension orders dated 31.08.2015 and to reinstate the applicant/petitioner into service.

3. The learned Government pleader for Services-I appearing for the respondents submitted that vide Rc.No.4392/15-A4, dated 13.07.2018, the Collector & District Magistrate, Guntur, has reinstated the petitioner into service and the order passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal is complied with.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government pleader for Services-I, the Contempt Case (AT) is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
