		Senior counsel appearing for the petitioner.

		He submits that the respondent wishes to place
		certain additional facts. The fact that he seeks
		to place on record is that the agreement of
		sublicense contains a clause for arbitration and
		the same needs to be placed before this Court by
		way of a pleading.
		This<br>Court after having heard<br>Sri
		M.V.S.Suresh Kumar, initially was of the opinion
		that the matter could be heard as it is a question
		of law relating to alleged fraud played on the
		Court. However, since Sri V.S.R. Anjaneyulu,
		learned Senior Counsel is insisting that a formal
		pleading has to be placed before Court, time is
		granted till 06.01.2022.
