WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri Aravala Sreenivasa Rao presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India pleased to Aggrieved by the order dt.07-07-2021 passed in E.A.No.56 of 2021 in EP.No.278 of 2019 in OS.No.173 of 2013 on the file of court of Family - Cum - VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole Prakasam District the above named petitioner begs to present this memorandum of Civil Revision Petition.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Aravala Sreenivasa Rao Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted.
