ORDER

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

"....to issue appropriate writ or any other order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in issuing retirement notice of the petitioner is contrary to Act 4 of 2014, dated 27.06.2014 and also in violation of Proceedings dated 10.08.2015, 12.08.2015 and 22.08.2015 arbitrary and illegal and set aside the same consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner in service in view of the Proceedings dated 10.08.2015, 12.08.2015 and 22.08.2015....''

  1. When the matter came up for admission on 30.09.2015, this Court passed the following interim order:

" In view of the proceedings dated 10.08.2015 issued by the A.P. Co-operative Banks' Association unanimously resolving to enhance the retirement age limit from 58 years to 60 years, there shall be interim direction to the respondents to continue the petitioner in service until further orders, if the petitioner has not been retired so far. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in pursuance of the 3. interim order granted by this Court on 30.09.2015, the grievance of the petitioner was considered and requested to close the matter as no further orders are necessary.

  1. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
