The present Civil Revision Petition is filed against the Order dated 03.01.2019 in I.A.No.362 of 2018 in O.S.No.ll9 of 2015, on the file of the Junior Civil Judge, Cheepurupalli, rejecting the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 45 of Indian Evidence Act and Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code (for short "C.P.C"), seeking to send suit promissory note dated 18.05.2014 to the Director, F.S.L., for expert opinion.

It is stated by learned counsel for the petitioner, that the suit was decreed on 01.12.2022 and the matter has become infructuous. The Registry also put up a report obtained from the e-Courts website, which shows that the suit was decreed on 01.12.2022. In that view of the matter, the issue raised in the present Civil Revision Petition would not survive.

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
There shall be no order as to costs. As <sup>a</sup> sequel, all pending applications shall stand closed.
