WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through her Advocate Sri P NARAHARI BABU presented this Petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India being aggrieved by the order and decretal order dated 23.03.2024 passed in I.A.No.114 of 2024 in O.S.No.115 of 2014 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge, Hindupur;
AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P NARAHARI BABU Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause as to why this CIVIL REVISION PETITION should not be admitted. You viz:
