WHEREAS the Appellant has presented under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, the above case through his Counsel P. Subash, praying the High Court to allow the Contempt Appeal by setting aside the order dated 02-5-2022 passed in C.C.No. 707 of 2017;

I.A.No. 1 of 2022 :-

Petition under Section 151 of C.P.C, praying that in the circumstances stated in the petition and the affidavit filed herein, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the Order dated 02.05.2022 passed in C.C.No. 707 of 2017 including the sentence of imprisonment and imposition of fine, pending disposal of the above Contempt Appeal.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the grounds filed therein and earlier order/of High Court dt. 12-05-2022 and 23-06-2022 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P.
