WHEREAS the Appellant has presented under Section 19 of the Contempt of Courts Act, the above case through his Counsel P. Subash, praying the High Court to allow the Contempt Appeal by setting aside the order dated 02-5-2022 passed in C.C.No. 707 of 2017;

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Subash, Advocate for petitioner, directed issuance of Notice Before Admission to the Respondents herein returnable in six weeks to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted, made the following ORDER :-

"Heard Mr. P. Subash, learned counsel for the appellant."

Issue notice to the respondents, returnable in six weeks.

Till the next date of hearing, the sentence imposed on the appellant by order dated 02.05.2022 in C.C.No.707 of 2017 shall remain suspended."
