Petition under Section 482 of Cr.PC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay of all further proceedings in FIR No.205/2021 on the file of the Nandigama Police Station, Krishna District, pending disposal of CRLP No.4173 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

"Having regard to the seriousness of the allegations as it is a case relating to forgery and cheating, this Court does not file any valid legal ground to interdict the investigation. The investigation shall go on to find out the truth or other wise of the allegations set out in the F.I.R. Therefore, the petition is dismissed."
