"Heard Sri T.Sreedhar and learned Government Pleader for Commercial Taxes.
For the reasons submitted by the learned counsel for petitioner, the time granted for depositing 25% of the demanded amount with the Assessing Officer as per the order dated 12.05.2023 is extended till 20,09.2023 with the observation that no further extension will be granted.
