WHEREAS the petitioner has presented this case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971, through his counsel Sri P. Ravi Kiran, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondent for his willful disobedience and non-implementation of the Orders dated 30.10.2018 and modified order dated 25.11.2021 passed by this Court in W.P.No.21014 of 2007, in the interest of justice.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein, and upon hearing the arguments of Sri P. Ravi Kiran, Advocate for the petitioner, directed issuance of notice to the respondent returnable in four weeks, herein, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
