Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the Respondents in not permitting the Petitioner to discharge her duties as Sanghamitra VOA (Village Organising Agent) and not uploading her name in the online portal and not paying the salary as per the conditions mentioned in the circular vide No. 64- 8/911/SERP/IBIVOA/2019, dated 06-ll-2019, and trying to terminate the petitioner without passing any orders and without following due process of law

as illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the well-established principles apart from violation of fundamental and cohstitutional rights guaranteed under Articles 14,16,19 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as VOA fromerly known as sanghamitra to discharge her duties by paying the salary including arrears.

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the Respondent to upload her name in the online portal df SERP and permit the Petitioner to discharge her duties as Village Organisation Agent (VOA) and pay the salary arrears, Pending disposal of WP 13052 of 2025, on-the file of the High Court.
