		The entire dispute arising in the present set of
		writ petitions is on the location of the construction site
		of the petitioner.
		The<br>case<br>of<br>the<br>petitioner<br>is<br>that<br>he<br>is
		constructing<br>in<br>Sy.No.17-P<br>(Sy.No.17/1)<br>of
		Mudasarlova<br>Village,<br>Chinnagadipli<br>Mandal,
		Visakhapatnam District. This construction was stopped
		by the authorities on the ground that the actual
		construction<br>is<br>carried<br>out<br>in<br>Sy.No.17/2<br>and
		Sy.No.20.
		To obviate any further dispute on this issue,
		there shall be a direction to the 3rd<br>respondent to
		immediately conduct a survey to demarcate Sy.No.20,
		Sy.No.17/2 and Sy.No.17/1 and to localise the location
		of the construction site of the<br>petitioner. The said
		survey shall be conducted after notice being given to
		the petitioner as to the time and place of the survey
		and the petitioner shall be entitled to participate in the
		survey personally or by way of a person deputed by
		the<br>petitioner.
		The said survey shall be completed within a
		period of two weeks from the date of receipt of this
		order and a copy of the said survey along with the
		plan showing the localisation of the construction site
		of the petitioner shall be<br>submitted by the next date
		of hearing.
