WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his Advocate Sri INENI VENKATA PRASAD presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue any writ order or directions, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring action of the respondents terminating the petitioner from service in proceedings No.SB/118/2022-VSO-KDP Dated 10-08-2022 basing on proceedings of the respondent No.4 cancelling of community certificate of petitioner under proceedings No. RC No. MC3/11124/21/2011, Dated /07/2018 as illegal, arbitrary and against law and also orders of the Hon'ble High Court passed in WP No.21084/2010 and 20713/2011, Dated 23/03/2017 and also report of the 1st respondent under RC No. 263/2001/TRI/TEEC Dated 07/06/2001 and consequently
to set_aside the orders passed by 4th respondent in proceedings No. RC No. MC3/11124/21/2011, Dated, /O7/2018 and direct the respondents 6 and 7 reinstate the petitioner in to forthwith by set aside the proceedI'ngS No.SB/118/2022-VSO-KDP Dated 10-08-2022 .
