No representation on behalf of the petitioner.

Learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Finance Corporation submitted the written instructions issued by the Respondent No.02 / the Senior Branch Manager, A.P. State Finance Corporation, Guntur dated 21.08.2024, wherein it is categorically stated that pending writ petition, the loan account of the petitioner had already been closed under One-Time Settlement (O.T.S) Scheme on 31.03.2012. In view of the closure of the entire loan transaction between the petitioner and the Respondents, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication. Hence, the writ petition becomes infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition shall stand closed.
