Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring <G.O.Rt.No>. 197 dated 01.08.2019 issued by the 1st respondent thereby appointing Asst. Government Pleaders without considering meritorious candidates and equality of women and contrary to the guidelines in <G.O.Ms.No>. 187 dated 06.12.2000 as illegal, irregular and violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently suspend <G.O.Rt.No>. 197 dated 01.08.2019 in so far as appointment of Respondent Nos. 3 to 16 as Asst. Govt. Pleaders is concerned.
