The revision coming on for hearing, upon perusing the revision and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof, the order of the High Court dated 21.12.2009 made in CRL.RC.MP.No. 3038 of 2009 and orders dated 04.01.2024 & 22.02.2024 made in Crl.RC.No.2155 of 2009 and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Bodapati Vamsi Krishna, Advocate for the petitioners, the Court made the following

ORDER

"This application is filed to recall the bailable warrants dated 04.01.2024 issued against the petitioners.

Heard both sides.

Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed along with the application and submissions made by the learned counsel, this application is ordered by recalling the warrants, dated 04.01.2024 issued against the petitioners.

Thereby, they shall be released on bail by executing a self bond of Rs. 10.000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) each before the Registrar (Judicial).

Consequently, the presence of Sub-Inspector of Police, Gudivada I Town Police Station is hereby dispense with."
