Learned Government Pleader for Endowments takes notice on behalf of respondent Nos.1 to 5.

Sri K.Srinivasulu, learned Standing counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No.6 offers to file Vakalat and seeks time to get instructions.

The Writ Petition is filed assailing the public auction notice dated 18.05.2024 issued by the Executive Officer/respondent No.6 scheduled on 01.06.2024 in respect of land admeasuring Ac.2.89 cents and Ac.4.65 cents in Sy.Nos.48/1 and 48/2 respectively situated at Chiruthapudi Village, Ambajipeta Mandal, Dr. B.R.Ambedkar Konaseema District.

Heard.

Sri Indranil, learned counsel representing Sri Rambabu Koppineedi, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lease in favour of the petitioner is subsisting till the year 2025-2026. Pending valid lease, respondent No.6 issued auction notice to conduct auction in respect of the aforementioned lands.

List the matter on 24.06.2024.

Till such time, the auction scheduled on 01.06.2024 in respect of the aforementioned lands is hereby stayed.
