No. 3962 of 2022 in crime No. 164 of 2022 Women PS Guntur, on the file of Spl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class For Prohibition and Excise courte. Guntur, Guntur District as against Petitioners/Accused Nos2 and 3 for the offences under Sections 498-A,509 of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 and section' 4 R/W sec 3 MWA against the petitioners/accused Nos. 2 and 3 herein, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 3489 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.
