No. 3962 of 2022 in crime No. 164 of 2022 Women PS Guntur, on the file of Spl. Judicial Magistrate of First Class $For$ Prohibition and Excise court Guntur, Guntur District as against Petitioners/Accused Nos2 and 3 for the offences under Sections 498-A,509 of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 and section' 4 R/W sec 3 MWA against the petitioners/accused Nos. 2 and 3 herein, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 3489 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Criminal Petition and the memorandum of grounds filed in support thereof and the earlier Orders of the High Court dated 11.05.2023, 01.08.2023 & 29.08.2023made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri BH RAMA KRISHNA NAIK, Advocate for the Petitioner/Accused and Public Prosecutor for Respondent No.1 and Dr Sayyed Babu Shaik, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following ORDER:
