Judicial Magistrate of First Class For Prohibition and Excise court Guntur, Guntur District as against Petitioners/Accused Nos2 and 3 for the offences under Sections 498-A,509 of IPC, Sections 3 and 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act 1961 and section 4 R/W sec 3 MWA against the petitioners/accused Nos. 2^th and 3 herein, Pending disposal of CRLP No. 3489 of 2023, on the file of the High Court.
