Heard<br>learned counsel for the petitioner and
learned counsel for the respondents.
It<br>is<br>observed<br>that<br>out<br>of<br>73<br>matters
approximately in 25 matters no counters were filed
4th<br>as<br>well<br>as<br>speaking<br>orders<br>passed<br>by<br>the
respondent. Therefore, the matters were posted for
today under the caption 'for being mentioned'<br>since,
the matters were already reserved for orders
It is further observed that learned counsel for
the respondents also filed review petitions in some

of these matters which are pending for finalization.

For rectifying the said lacuna on part of the respondents, learned counsel for the respondents requested some time. Accordingly, learned counsel for the respondents is directed to file the counter affidavits before the Registry within a period of two (02) weeks from today i.e, in the summer vacation, 2024 in respect of matters in which counters are not filed.

In view of the exigencies expressed above, the Registry is directed to receive the counters to be filed by the respondents in the present contempt petitions, for early disposal of the matters. On receipt of such counters, the same should be forwarded to the residential office, since the said batch of contempt cases were already 'reserved for orders'.
