THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VENKATESWARLU NIMMAGADDA
CONTEMPT CASE NO.1644 OF 2022
ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents.
When the matter is taken up, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the orders of this Court has been complied with by the respondents by paying the total due amount claimed by the petitioner. Therefore, no cause survives and no further orders are required to be passed in the present Contempt Case.
Learned Government Pleader for Irrigation also accepted the same.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the respondents, the present Contempt Case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
