This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:-
"to issue a Writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus, declaring the inaction of the 6<sup>th</sup> respondent in registration of series of crimes against the petitioner which is illegal, improper and violation of Article 19 and 21 of Constitution of India. Consequently direct the 2<sup>nd</sup> respondent to entrust the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2018 of Ramakuppam Police Station to any other independent agency and pass such..."

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for the State $3.$ would submit that the matter was already settled before the Lok Adalat.
In that view of the matter, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. $4.$ There shall be no order as to costs.
