WHEREAS the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri T D Pani Kumar presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declare the action of Respondent No. 3 interfering with the Civil Disputes in between Petitioners and un-official Respondents and there by threatening the Petitioners to hand over the possession of the land of the Petitioners to an extent of Ac. 2-26 Cents in S.No. 15/1 of Pedha Uppada Village, Visakhapatnam to the un-official Respondents as illegal, arbitrary and colorable exercise of their powers and contrary to the Art.14 and 21 of Constitution of India, and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 not to interfering with the Civil Disputes in between Petitioners and un-official Respondents with regard to possession of the land of the Petitioners to an extent of Ac. 2-26 Cents in S.No.15/1 of Pedha Uppada Village, Visakhapatnam.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri T D Pani Kumar, Advocate for the Petitioners, GP for Home for Respondent No.1 to 3, directed issue of notice to the Respondent No.4 to 7 herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
