		This application has been filed to set aside
		the abatement of the appeal on account of the
		death of the $3rd$ appellant in the appeal.
		Heard Sri M.N.Narasimha Reddy, learned
		counsel for the petitioner and T.Surya Satish,
		learned counsel for the respondents.
		Perused the affidavit filed in support of
		this application.
		As the application has been filed on
		04.06.2018 within four months from the date of
		the demise of the $3rd$ respondent, it cannot be
		said that there is extraordinary delay in filing the
		application.
		For these reasons and in view of the
		averments in the affidavit, I.A.No.4 of 2018 is
		allowed.
