THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE B.V.L.N.CHAKRAVARTHI CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.3400 of 2015
O R D E R:
Ms. R.Durga Lathasri, learned counsel representing on behalf of Sri E.V.V.S.Ravi Kumar, learned counsel for the revision-petitioner and Sri N.V.Anantha Krishna, learned counsel for the respondent Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 would submit that the revision-petition become infructuous as the schedule property thereon was already delivered.

This revision-petition is directed against the Order, dated 09.07.2015 in A.T.A.No.19 of 2013 on the file of learned District Judge, Rajahmundry, whereunder the learned Appellate Court 'Dismissed' the appeal filed by the revision-petitioner/tenant. A.T.C.No.22 of 2006 on the file of Principal Junior Civil Judge's Court, Kakinada was filed by the revision-petitioner/tenant to grant Permanent Injunction and it was also 'Dismissed' by the learned Trial Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the revision-petitioner and learned counsel for respondent Nos.3, 4, 5 and 6 that the property was already delivered to the landlord, the revision-petition become infructuous and it is deserved to be dismissed.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is Dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
