Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an order or direction or writ more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the 3rd respondent proceedings memo Lr. No. Mktg /M2/1920(3)KM52020-21, dated 01-07-2021, in encashing the petitioners bank guarantees as arbitrary, illegal, null and void and to set aside the same and to issue consequential direction directing the respondent authorities to restore the bank guarantee and continue to receive the delivery of Custom Milled Rice from the petitioner rice mills.

Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to direct the 5th and 7th respondent authorities to receive the Custom Milled Rice from the petitioner rice mills, pending disposal of WP No.13661 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed herein, and the Orders of the High Court dated 14.07.2021 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Venkateswara Rao Gudapati Advocate for the Petitioners and of Sri.
