Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records relating to and connected with the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Revision No.29/2009, dated 13.3.2020 confirming the order passed by the 5th respondent in Rc.No.A4/2113/2019, dated 20.7.2019 and quash or set aside the same. Madhava Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 6 and 7, the Court made the following: ORDER
"Heard Sri N.Subbarao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. Madhav Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 6 and 7 sought time to file counter affidavit.
Post after Dussehra Vacation, 2020.
The interim order granted by this court on 08.09.2020 shall stand extended pending further orders."
