Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ, order or direction, calling for the records relating to and connected with the order passed by the 3rd respondent in Revision No.29/2009, dated 13.3.2020 confirming the order passed by the 5th respondent in Rc.No.A4/2113/2019, dated 20.7.2019 and quash or set aside the same. Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order passed by the 3<sup>rd</sup> respondent in Revision No.29/2009, dated 13.3.2020 confirming the order passed by the $5<sup>th</sup>$ respondent in Rc.No.A4/2113/2019, dated 20.7.2019, pending disposal of WP No.15681 of 2020, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and Order of the High Court dated 08-09-2020 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N Subba Rao, Advocate for the Petitioner, GP for Endowments for Respondent No.1 to 5 and Sri K. Madhava Reddy, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 6 and 7, the Court made the following: ORDER

"Heard Sri N.Subbarao, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K. Madhav Reddy, learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents 6 and 7 sought time to file counter affidavit.

Post after Dussehra Vacation, 2020.

The interim order granted by this court on 08.09.2020 shall stand extended pending further orders."
