<b>Divisional Officer<sup>1</sup></b> , held that an appeal under | |||
Section $5(5)$ of the Act 26 of 1971 is not | |||
maintainable as against the issuance of | |||
pattadar passbooks. | |||
In view of the same, there shall be an | |||
interim<br>suspension of notice<br>dated | |||
10.03.2025, issued by the $3^{rd}$ respondent. | |||
Learned counsel for the petitioner is | |||
permitted to take out personal notice on | |||
unofficial respondents through registered post | |||
with acknowledgment due and file proof of | |||
service in the Registry. |
