		present writ petition is<br>The<br>filed
		questioning the notice dated $10.03.2025$
		issued by the $3rd$ respondent.
		It is the case of the petitioner that the
		unofficial respondents filed an appeal seeking
		to cancel the pattadar passbooks issued in
		favour of the petitioner.
		This Court in <b>Ratnamma v. Revenue</b>
		<b>Divisional Officer<sup>1</sup></b> , held that an appeal under
		Section $5(5)$ of the Act 26 of 1971 is not
		maintainable as against the issuance of
		pattadar passbooks.
		In view of the same, there shall be an
		interim<br>suspension of notice<br>dated
		10.03.2025, issued by the $3^{rd}$ respondent.
		Learned counsel for the petitioner is
		permitted to take out personal notice on
		unofficial respondents through registered post
		with acknowledgment due and file proof of
		service in the Registry.
