Sri Metta Chandra Sekhara Rao, learned Standing Counsel appears and draws attention of this court to a Memo by which relief has been granted to the petitioner. The order, dated 06-08-2021, is enclosed to the Memo. The learned counsel for the petitioner agrees that nothing further survives for an adjudication of this court in this writ petition in view of the said Memo.

Accordingly, while recording the said statement, this writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission. No costs.
