Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to stay of all further proceedings pursuant to FIR in Crime No.833/2021 on the file of the SHO, Madanapalle I Town Police Station, Chittoor District in respect of Petitioner/A10 concerned, pending disposal of CRLP No. 3840 of 2021, on the file of the High Court.

The court while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this application should not be complied with, made the following order (The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case). The Court made the following ORDER:

"In the facts and circumstances of the case, there are no valid legal grounds to order for stay of further proceedings in Crime No.833 of 2021 of Madanapalle I Town Police Station, Chittoor District. Therefore, the investigation shall go on.

So, this Interlocutory Application is dismissed."
