Whereas the Petitioners above named through their Advocate Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, presented this Revision to the High Court under Section 115 of CPC against the order in EP.No. 1 of 2018 in ID.No. 20 of 2005 dated. 12-2-2020 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Visakhapatnam, Visakhapatnam District.

And whereas the High Court, upon perusing the petition and the memo of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri S.Syam Sunder Rao, Advocate for the Petitioners, directed issue of notice to the Respondent herein to show cause why this petition should not be admitted.

You viz:

The Joint Secretary, Food Corporation of India, Workers Union, Diamond Harbour Road, Kolkata - 700 023.

are directed to show cause either appearing in person or through an Advocate as to why in the circumstances set out in this petition and the memo of grounds filed therewith (copy enclosed) this Civil Revision Petition should not be admitted.
