WHEREAS the Petitioner has presented this Contempt Case under Sections 10 to 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act 1971, through his counsel Sri RAJA REDDY KONETI, praying that this Hon'ble High Court may be pleased to punish the respondents herein for their willful disobeying/violating of the orders in W.P.No.537 of 2021 dated 07.01.2021, on the file of this Court.

WHEREAS the said case coming on for orders as to admission on this day and whereas the High Court, upon perusing the affidavit filed therein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Raja Reddy Koneti, Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issuance of Notice to the respondents returnable in four (4) weeks, to show cause as to why in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support thereof, the said case should not be admitted.
