District Judge, West Godavari District at Kowur as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, un-constitutional violative of provisions of criminal procedure code, contrary to the findings of Apex Court in G. Brahmayya and others v. Ala Venkata Rao and others in (1990) 2 SCC 283 and also offends Articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of Indian, and consequently command the official respondents/ police 3 to 6 to provide police protection to the petitioners and their properties;
