WRIT PETITION No. 22078 of 2015

ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

"to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of MANDAMUS declaring the Impugned Letter dated 14.03.2015 issued by the 4th respondent herein said to be issued with reference and in pursuance of a letter issued by the 3rd respondent herein in IOM No. HR/T&RZ/113794/2015/478 dated 12.03.2015 thereby releasing i.e relieving the petitioner from duty with immediate effect so as to enable the petitioner to appear before the Honble Court of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Gajuwaka and also directing the petitioner to submit proof of having appeared before the above Court for office records as illegal, arbitrary and without any authority of law, in violation of principles of natural justice and to set aside the same and consequently to direct the Respondents to issue orders reinstating the petitioner into service forthwith."

2. When the matter was taken up for admission on 17.07.2015, this court has passed the following interim order:-

"There shall be interim suspension of the impugned letter dated 14.03.2015 issued by the 4th respondent for a period of four (4) weeks."

3. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, Mr. Kiran Kumar Vadlamudi, learned counsel appearing for the respondents has furnished a copy of reply to the mail dated 22.06.2023, wherein it is stated that the petitioner herein had joined back on 21.07.2015 in pursuance of the interim orders of this Court and he is working in the post till date.

4. As the cause in this writ petition was already survived, this Writ Petition is Closed. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
