The Appeal coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Special Government Pleader I for the Petitioners and Sri Devalaraju Anil Kumar, Advocate for the Respondent No.1, the Court made the following;

ORDER:

"Learned counsel for the Respondent placed before the Court a communication dated 18.7.2024 said to have been addressed to the Special Government Pleader-I and on query, the Government Pleader would submit that, he has not received the said communication. If that be so, it raises integrity issues.

The Registrar of the University is required to appraise this Court as to how this communication has landed in the hands of the respondent's counsel when the same is yet to receive by the intended addressee. On perusal of the same, it is seen that copy is not marked to the parties also.

The Registrar of the Acharya Nagarjuna University to be present before this Court on 15.10.2024.

Order be communicated to the Registrar, Acharya Nagarjuna University by e-mail."
