Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order Dt.07.05.2024 of the learned single judge in W.P.No.9056 of 2024, pending disposal of the above writ appeal and pass such other order or orders as may be deemed just and necessary in the interests of justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the earlier order of the High Court dated: 14.10.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER I, for the Petitioners, SRI DEVALARAJU ANIL KUMAR Advocate for the Respondent and the Court made the following.

ORDER

"The Registrar of the University is present.

It is submitted by the Special Government Pleader that the communication appears to have been pursuant to a decision of the Vice Chancellor to withdraw the cases and that the orders have been

complied in the case of contempt proceedings and that he is presently instructed by the Registrar to contest the appeal on merits.

The developments are unhealthy and is a reflection on the System.

Hence, the records relating to the decision and the provisions enabling the Vice Chancellor or the Registrar to withdraw the cases also be placed before the Court.
