Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to suspend the operation of the order Dt.07.05.2024 of the learned single judge in W.P.No.9056 of 2024, pending disposal of the above writ appeal and pass such other order or orders as may be deemed just and necessary in the interests of justice.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of SPECIAL GOVERNMENT PLEADER I, for the Petitioners, SRI DEVALARAJU ANIL KUMAR Advocate for the Respondent and the Court made the following.

"Learned counsel for the Respondent placed before the Court a communication dated 18.7.2024 said to have been addressed to the Special Government Pleader-I and on query, the Government Pleader would submit that, he has not received the said communication. If that be so, it raises integrity issues.

The Registrar of the University is required to appraise this Court as to how this communication has landed in the hands of the respondent's counsel when the same is yet to receive by the intended addressee. On perusal of the same, it is seen that copy is not marked to the parties also.
