Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C is filed, praying that in the circumstances stated in the memorandum of grounds filed in the Criminal Petition, the High Court may be pleased to call for the records in CC No. 202 of 2019 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class Mydukur for the offenses under Suction 138 read with Section 142 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and consequently quash the complaint filed by the Respondent No. 2 in CC No. 202 of 2019 pending on the file of Judicial

Magistrate of First Class Mydukur thereby set aside the congnizance order dated 12-04-2019 as the same is illegal, arbitrary, without jurisdiction and abuse of process of law.

Petition under Section 482 of Cr.P.C praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased to grant stay all further proceedings in CC No. 202 of 2019 on the file of Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Mydukur including appearance of the petitioners, pending disposal of CRLP No.3514 of 2022, on the file of the High Court.

The petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the orders of the High Court dated $05.05.2022, \ 04.07.2022, \ 27.02.2024 \ , \ 16.04.2024 \ , \ 10.07.2024 \ , \ 23.07.2024$ 05.08.2024 & 13.08.2024 made herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Sri D.Sivadarshan, Advocate for the Petitioners and Public Prosecutor for the Respondent No.1, and of Sri Venkat Challa, Advocate for the Respondent No.2, the Court made the following
