The Court made the following ORAL ORDER:

Heard Sri P. Nagendra, learned Counsel representing Sri T. Nagarjuna Reddy, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Asst. Government Pleader for Revenue.

2. Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner has drawn the attention of this Court to the prayer in the present Writ Petition. Sri Arjun Chowdary, learned Asst. Government Pleader has submitted the Written Instruction from the Tahsildar, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal (Respondent No.3) vide Proceeding bearing Rc.No.288/2024/A/Dt.8.7.2024. Copy of the Written Instructions is served on the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. This Written Instruction is taken on record. Serial No.13 of the Written Instruction indicates various reasons mentioned therein.

3. Since the main prayer itself is to consider the Representation submitted by the Writ Petitioner through Spandana on 26.02.2024 to delete the property to an extent of Ac.3.72 cents situated in Survey No.153/1 of Kommadi village, Visakhapatnam Rural Mandal, the Respondent Authorities are directed to dispose of the said Application by passing a Speaking Order within four weeks from today in accordance with law and communicate a copy of such order to the Writ Petitioner forthwith. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit a copy of this order along with photocopy of the Representation dated 26.02.2024 to the District Collector, Visakhapatnam District within one week from today.

4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No order as to costs.

5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
