Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue direction more appropriately one in the nature of Mandahius declaring the inaction of the respondents more particularly 5'*' respondent in completing the investigation and filing Final Report/Charge-sheet <sup>r</sup> in FIR.No.354/2020 dated 29-08-2020 on the file of 5**' Respondent Police Station even after lapse of 2.9 years as illegal, arbitrary, violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Article 14 & 21 of constitution of India and consequently direct the 5*'' respondent herein to expedite and conclude the investigation and file Final Report/Charge-sheet in FIR.No. 354/2020 dated 29-08-2020 on the file of S*" respondent Police Station within the time frame fixed by this Hon'ble Cc.urt in the interest of.justice. <sup>j</sup>

I This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of thei Constitution of India seeking the following relief;

"...to issue direction more appropriately one in the nature of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents more particularly 5^ respondent in completing the investigation and filing Final Report/Charge sheet in FIR No. 354/2020, dated 29.08.2020 on the file of 5"* Respondent Police Station even after lapse of 29 years as illegal, arbitrary violation of principles of natural justice and violation of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently direct the 5^^ respondent herein to expedite and conclude the investigation and file Final Report/Charge sheet in FIR No. 354/2020 dated 29.08.2020 on the file of 5* respondent Police Station within the time frame fixed by this Honble Court in the interest ofjustice and pass..."
