WHEREAS the Appellants above named through their Advocate Sri N Bharath Simha Reddy presented this Appeal filed under Order 173 of Motor Vehicle Act, against the order dated 22.01.2019 in M.V.O.P.No.146 of 2016 on the file of Motor Accident Claims Tribunal-cum- IV Additional District Judge, Tirupati.
