ORDER:

When the matter was listed on 19.03.2024, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 26.03.2024.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation for the petitioner.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents 1 to 4, on instructions, categorically submitted that during pendency of this writ petition, the respondents/ police have investigated the crime No. 137 of 2015 and filed Charge Sheet in S.C.No. 121/S/2016 on the file of Court of IV Additional District Judge-cum-SC and ST Court, Guntur, the same ended as acquittal. Therefore the cause in this writ petition does not survive and requested to close the same.

Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents 1 to 4, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

The miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
