Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of a Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondents and their personnel without following due process of law interfering with petitioner's respective properties vide possession certificate issued by the 4th Respondent as arbitrary, illegal and also against Principles of Natural Justice and Article 21 and 300-A of the Constitution of India.
