| same,<br>though,<br>was<br>challenged<br>by<br>filing<br>Writ | |||
| Petition, Writ Appeal and S.L.P, the orders passed | |||
| in I.C. came to be confirmed, respondent was | |||
| reinstated on 18.12.2007.<br>Now<br>by orders dated | |||
| 07.07.2023 passed in M.P.No.11<br>of 2017, claim of | |||
| respondent with respect to the wages for the | |||
| period from 13.03.1997 to 18.12.2007 have been | |||
| ordered to be paid along with interest at the rate | |||
| of 9% which is assailed in the present writ petition. | |||
| Besides for non-compliance of said order, the | |||
| Tribunal has issued order dated 11.03.2025 in |
| E.P.No.679<br>of 2024 in M.P.No.11<br>of 2017 allowing |

| the E.P. and permitted Decree Holder to take |
| steps for sale. |
Having regard to the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the respondent during the disputed period has not worked, as the matter was under lis before various courts, there shall be stay of all further proceedings in pursuant to the order dated 11.03.2025 in E.P.No.679 of 2024 in M.P.No.11 of 2017 on the file of the Chairman-Cum-Presiding Officer, Industrial Tribunal-Cum-Labour Court, Ananthapur, on condition of petitioners depositing 50% of the amount awarded, within a period of eight (08) weeks.
Post the matter along with W.P.No.9136 of 2025.
