WHEREAS the Petitioner above named through his/her Advocate MANGENA SREE RAMA RAO presented this Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the Respondents No.3 in issuing the notice Dt.27.02.2021, thereby threatening to disconnect the water supply to the petitioners house bearing Door No. 65-6-287/10, Mulagada Housing Colony, Visakhapatnam during the pendency of suit in OS No.792/2021 on the file of I Addl. Junior Civil Judge at Visakhapatnam without considering their explanation Dt.27.02.2021 as illegal, irregular, arbitrary, violative of the provisions of Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act and Rules framed thereunder and offends articles 14, 21 and 300-A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondents not to disconnect the water supply to their house bearing Door No. 65-6-287/10, Mulagada Housing Colony, Visakhapatnam.

AND WHEREAS the High Court upon perusing the petition and affidavit/memorandum of grounds filed herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri MANGENA SREE RAMA RAO Advocate for the Petitioner, directed issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this WRIT PETITION should not be admitted.
