The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the interim order dated 29.03.2023, the services of the petitioner has been continued by the respondents, but they are not paying salaries since six (06) months, even after filing of the Contempt Case. On the other hand, the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the orders passed by this Court in similarly situated persons, who are working in D.R.D.A., has been stayed by the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court. He further submits that vacate petitions in these Writ Petitions were filed before filing the present Contempt Case. The learned counsel for the respondents is directed to ascertain instructions regarding payment of salaries to the petitioner, since the petitioner is continuing in service pursuant to the orders passed by this Court by the next date of hearing.
