The present application is filed seeking amendment to the cause title in respect of the 1st respondent and to change the 1st respondent name as Sri B.Rajasekhar, IAS instead of Sri G.K.Dwivedi, IAS, who is the proper and necessary party to adjudicate the present contempt petition.
Learned counsel for the respondents expressed no objection.
For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the contempt petition and considering the submissions made, the present application is ordered.
Office is directed to make necessary amendments in the cause title of the contempt petition as well as in other I.As.
